Default remote assistance connection issues

Is there a way i can revert to RDC 5? Since RDC 6 came out I can no longer
help my people on VPN connections. Everything works fine on the local
network.

Windows 2003 domain all XP SP3 clients.

After thinking about this a little more I relised i can't revert unless i
uninstall SP3. :-|

I think i'll give microsoft a call
