hello is it possible to make an app listen for new sms messages on particular
port only? (so that the same application on another hand held can send it
messages on
that port ) but other regular messages work as before?

sample code and links would be appreciatd. i know can do it on j2me was
wondering of the MS phone support it or in c# or other ....

Wrong NG. You may want to post the message to a pocketpc (or windows ce) related newsgroup.
