Default Updating image designer database

I just downloaded the August 2008 updates for XP Embedded, and don't see
any instructions as to how to incorporate them into image designer so
they can be put into a new image. Can someone give me, or point me to,
instructions for doing this?

Thanks!

Default Re: Updating image designer database

Hi David,

You're right, it's a little confusing for the end user like us.

The DQI folder contains individual updates (not sure if these get installed
on the development workstation with XPe Studio, or the target device).

From the devlopment workstation with XPe studio, I always install the proper
file from the Windows folder (for me, it's
WindowsXPEUPR1-August2008-x86-ENU.exe).

Regards,
John
