Default Can't connect with Dell laptop

I am trying to get a Dell Inspron Laptop reconnected to the net.

I have run Winsock fix etc to get reconnected. I have connected a
Hawking USB device to send this message and to get tall the Windows XP
updates.

Both Wireless and wireless conection fail.

Wired - shows network cable unplugged with cable plugged in. There are
no updates to Broadcom 440x 10/100 controller.
When I right click, I get options - disbale, bridge and properties. I
am running TCP/IP
How do I get the fixed?

No virus and spyware - all fixed. I have added ZA free and Avast AV.

thanks

Hi
Please describe what actually (type of connection and hardware) you use to
connect to the Internet.

Hi
When the right click on the Network Card says Disable it means that the card
is currently enable and it gives you the option to Disable it.
So make sure that the Wire says Enable (I.e it is in state of Disable), and
that the Wireless says Disable (I.e it currently Enabled), and try to
connect while the security is Off in the Router and the computer.
In general.
My Wireless does not work - http://www.ezlan.net/wireless.html
