When I try to print I get a message: DDE Server Window Winword.Exe
Application Error. The instruction at "0x77e760dd" referenced memory at
"0x00000000" The memory could not be 'read' Click on Ok to terminate or
cancel to debug

I've only just started having this problem. Thanks for any help.

Microsoft Office's Word is not the same as Windows XP. Windows XP is an
operating system - Microsoft Word (specifically) is a word processing
application that can run on Windows XP (amongst other OSes.)

This is the "microsoft.public.windowsxp.newusers" newsgroup. You will
likely get more direct help from a newsgroup centralized around the
Microsoft Office product line - more specifically - one centralized around
the Microsoft Word product line.

You will also get better responses if you supply pertinent information. I
could assume that you are running Windows XP - but I do not know what
specific edition (Home, Professional, Tablet PC, Media Center, x64, etc.) I
certainly do not know - even with my assumption that you are running Windows
XP - what service pack is installed (SP1, SP1a, SP2 or SP3) nor how much
further up to date you might be. I could not begin to assume what version
of Microsoft Word you are running (95, 97, 2000, XP (2002), 2003 or 2007.)
I don't know anything about your computer (processor speed, amount of
memory, amount of hard disk space and how much is free, etc.) Also - if
there were any recent changes in your computer (you added more memory (or
had it done) or you installed a bunch of updates or you had to have the
system wiped and clean installed, etc...)

The more information you give the people who cannot see your machine nor
read your mind - the more help you are likely to get. ;-)
