I can't get my scheduled tasks to run. I get a error message (0x80041315 task
scheduler is not running). I checked my Services and Task Scheduler is not
on the list. What can I do?

What OS version you using and SP?
Make sure The Event Log Service is started to be able to start the Scheduler.

What happen if you click Start >> All programs >> Accessories >> System
Tools >> Scheduled Tasks, does it work?
