Start | Run, type "control userpasswords2" Select the account you want to logon to automatically. Then uncheck the box "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer." Hi, You make a good point. I believe that a home user has the right to use autologon, but should have included a warning that any password is better than no password and a strong password is best (well... short of BitLocker or similar.)
