Default help cant read writing on screen

Some how the screen background and the fonts are all black, same in safe
mode, how can I change it back to something readable ? I can log in as
administrator but what do I do to change the faulty account profile ?

Tried a different monitor?
Different video cable?
Different video card?
As the default drivers load up in Safe Mode - the situation should not be
the same unless it is a hardware issue.

Its not a hardware problem as it loads ok in safe mode if i log in as
administrator, but not as the user account.

What happens if you create another user account? Is it ok in the new
account?

Ok, then copy the data and settings from the problem account to the new one.
Here is an article on how to do this.

How to Copy a User Profile

After the copy work in the new account for awhile. If everything seems ok
delete the old account.

OK I solved it now, in the profile folder I found 'ntuser.bak' I replaced
'ntuser.dat' with this and now everything is back to normal, thanks again.
