a neighbor is having a SEVERE slowdown problem running his Win XP. I see
in the applications running, there is a small program 4702Kb: RNAPPP7.exe which seems to start up on its own when he starts his computer. When this runs, it ties uo 98-99% of the CPU time so nothing else can run. After some time, it seems to stop running, then the computer will get Net access/Email etc. GOOGLE search and also here in the NG yields nothing useful. Any ideas: WHAT this does & why it runs ? R |
