Help! My USB mass storage device is not being acknolwdged by the system (It wont even light up!), yet other USB devices (webcam, scanner etc) work just fine in the same USB ports. As far as i know USB mass storage devices shouldnt need a driver... I cant figure out whats going on! |

However, having said that, storage devices that do need drivers are rare. |
