Default RE: system failure - cannot find '(null)'

Reboot and tap F8 right at startup/power on, and from list of options, go
into Safe Mode using UP Arrow, the ENTER.
Do a system restore to before you deleted programs.
Disable anti-virus before doing SR.

Then work out how to delete them, without screwing it up!

Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System restore.
