One of my XP professional NTFS workstations cannot save data files to our
Windows 2003 NTFS server. One gets an error that the server drive is either full or write protected. We are also using Exchange Server 2003 based on the server, and the trouble workstation is able to send/receive internal email. It can read all of the data files on the server. Viewing the drive capacity of the server's drive from this workstation, it shows only a 1 GB drive - and that the server's drive is completely full. It should show a 40 GB hard drive, and that 20 GB are available (as do my other workstations). This behavior occurs all the time, and from Windows Explorer,Office products, or other products such as Wordpad. Help! I am completely stumped. Thank you |

If you logon different user, can you copy? If not, you may want to check if
there is new driver for the NIC. -- Bob Lin, MS-MVP, MCSE & CNE Networking, Internet, Routing, VPN Troubleshooting on http://www.ChicagoTech.net How to Setup Windows, Network, VPN & Remote Access on http://www.HowToNetworking.com "KC Atkins" <KCAtkins@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:70877A31-9934-4823-ADF3-2A41F1BD2FB0@microsoft.com... > One of my XP professional NTFS workstations cannot save data files to our > Windows 2003 NTFS server.
