Hello,
Customer support at dlink no longer supports my model or I wouldn't trouble you here. I would really like help from someone who has some experience in this. My model, if it matters, is DP-G301. The thing about the instructions is that it requires me to supply an IP address for my network but they don't know my number so they do all of the examples with the wrong information and if you follow it exactly, it doesn't work. I will type the relevant text here: The factory default IP address of the DP-G301 is 192.168.0.10. In order to network to the printer through the DP-G301, the DP-G301 must have the same IP network settings as your network. IP address can be assigned manually or automatically by DHCP, BOOTP, or RARP. To access the print server's web configuration, manually assign an IP address on one of the wired PC's on your network to the same subnet as the print server. I have a Belkin N1 wireless router controling the show. What network settings do I need to transfer to the DP-G301? What settings go on the computer? If you think you feel the need to review for me general theory, I'd appreciate it. Chris |

I figured it out myself and it feels good. Thanks anyway.
