Internet Options Set up - ø-Windows XP UsersGroup-ø

Internet Options Set up

I am using control panel > internet options > Connections tab
I keep setting up the default conditions I require then Press Apply and OK
When I restart the computer the previous set of connection conditions keep
reappearing
Can anyone explain why?
