Default Logon Message

Hi!
I am not able to logon to my windows Xp system, while i try i am getting an
error message ,
The program issued a command but the command length is incorrect.
Try again or contact your administrator.
Could anyone tell me what is the cause of this issue? and what is the
solution for this issue?
