Rt-Clk Mouse stopped working in SP3

I just updated and cleanly installed SP3 on my system. I installed about 5
programs and when I right-click on "All Programs" I get nothing! All I want
to do is sort the programs in the All Programs menu. Anyone know what's
going on or did I do something stupid?
